CANCELLATION & MEMBERSHIP POLICY

We honor your choice to grow, shift, and explore in your own time. Our Community Membership is designed to create meaningful momentum, which is why we ask for a minimum three-month commitment to begin.

 

3-month Minimum Commitment

  • All memberships — monthly or annual — require a minimum 3-month commitment.
  • If you cancel before completing three months, you are still responsible for payment of the full three-month period.
  • This allows for sufficient time to integrate and benefit from the Holowave experience.

 

Monthly Memberships

  • After your initial 3-month term, your membership continues month-to-month.
  • You may cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

 

Annual Memberships
  • If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after 14 days but before 3 months, you are still responsible for the first 3 months of the membership.
  • After the 3-month period, cancellations prevent automatic renewal, but no refunds are issued for the remainder of the year.

To cancel your membership, email info@holowave.com or visit your member portal and manage your subscription under “Account Settings.”
